What better way to celebrate a birthday than with live music?
Which is exactly what Australias fastest growing label XMusic are doing next weekend when they celebrate five years of nurturing some of Australias best and rising bands with a double header of live entertainment at Musicland in Melbourne.
With such a spread of styles and genres across their roster, XMusic has decided to throw caution to the wind by letting the quality of music rather than the genre dictate proceedings, with an eclectic and powerful assembly of bands each night.
The four day party kicks off at Musicland, Melbourne on April 30 with Dellacoma, Sisters Doll (acoustic), Karly Jewell and Electric State blowing out the first round of candles, followed by Frankenbok, Cicadastone, Awaken The Hate and Electric State at the same venue the following night.
But don’t worry Newcastle and Brisbane, your turn will come quickly after, but let’s get through the first stage for now.
