Hailing from Wollongong, Australia Brooklyn Comic are proud to release their new single and video for Charlie’s Song.
Brooklyn Comic blends hard-core and emo to create their own unique sound. The songs detail the mental health battles, and existential crises singer/songwriter Jayme has experienced, although the band would not be complete, without the addition of Mia, Steve, Declan, and Emerson, accompanying the emotional lyrics with their incredible instrumentation.
Brooklyn Comic are inspired by the likes of Citizen, Trophy Eyes, Basement, The Wonder Years, Movements and Balance And Composure.
Charlie’s Song discusses what the repercussions of addiction has on a relationship, as well as the heartache and guilt attached to having to remove yourself from the situation.
