It’s been a big week for new albums and HEAVY has rounded up all of the major players to discuss their new releases.

Myles Kennedy graces the cover with a typically casual chat about his latest solo effort The Ides Of March, while Buckcherry stop in to talk about their newie Hellbound and elsewhere Pop Evil give us the lowdown on Versatile.

World-famous wrestler/entertainer/pop star Ladybeard has formed a new band called Baby Beard and we have a video catch up with the great man and his two new musical partners as they enlighten us on Japanese pop culture music laced with moments of pure ferocity delivered in only the way a 6-foot tall gent from Adelaide that wears a school uniform and spectacular braids can!

Our resident metal Queen Livvy goes one on one with The Queen Of Scream, world-renowned vocal coach Melissa Cross in what can only be described as a fun-filled trip down memory lane with a supporting cast stronger than Metallica‘s Some Kind Of Monster.

Two regular columns return with Bacon’s Pieces and This Goes To 11, with Mark Dalbeth this week catching up with LA outfit Fuz Lip.

We feature new music from Sycomore, Lycanthro, Don Brocco and Wanted Noise plus bring you the latest on Motley Crue‘s 40 birthday celebrations.

Our team reviews the latest albums from Pop Evil, Our Last Enemy and Acolyte plus we premiere the brutally brilliant new track from 12Gauge Rampage.

HEAVY Cinema brings you an interview with Dave McLean and the trailer for new movie Stillwater, plus they review new films Ema, Carmilla, Love & Monsters, Fingersmith, The Day Of The Roses and Finding You.

With such a depth of interviews and music, I shall leave you now for alone reading time but I shall return!

Until next time, stay HEAVY

Krispy
