Adelaide’s fast rising heavy metal upstarts Hidden Intent will be hitting the road alongside legendary US thrash act Nuclear Assault on their upcoming east coast Australian tour kicking off this week. The boys have also recently locked down their maiden European voyage coming up in May 2017 alongside US act Lich King, and are pleased to announce a swag of Australian dates heading out with Melbourne thrash maestros Desecrator on their ‘To The Gallows’ album tour through April and May. On top of that there will be a monster hometown European tour farewell show alongside both Desecrator and Perth’s Claim the Throne on April 13 at the Enigma Bar. A truly epic beginning to 2017 for a band hell bent on making their mark and leaving no stone unturned on their quest for metal thrashing mad glory!
After blowing the roof of the ‘Thrash, Blast and Grind’ Fest’s Adelaide leg alongside King Parrot, Psycroptic and Revocation last week, the boys are excited to bring this tour news to their rapidly growing fan base Australia wide. There’s been major rumblings in the background for Hidden Intent too, with preparations for a new album coming along swiftly, with a strong belief among the camp that these new tracks are easily the strongest material to date.
True to the undeniable workhorse ethic of the band, they show no signs of wear and tear while forging themselves as a solid entity on the national touring circuit in recent years. The exciting 3-piece have been honing their throwback thrash craft since 2011, having proven themselves as tried and tested road dogs. Hidden Intent have toured Australia and New Zealand consistently while also trekking through Asia on no less than 4 occasions.
