American hard rock band Xero Hour delivers a message of defiance with Bend the Knee, an original track aimed at those who have doubted, dismissed, or belittled others. The song is about standing your ground, rejecting other people’s expectations, and refusing to let anyone else define your worth.
Fronted by United States Marine Corps veteran Teej Leit on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, Xero Hour combines the raw energy of punk, the weight of heavy metal, and the grooves of stoner doom into a sound that refuses to be confined to one genre. The band is known for its high-energy, audience-focused live performances.
Xero Hour has shared stages with Saving Abel, Adema, Saliva, Taproot, Plush, and Tantric. In spring 2026, the band completed The Black-Out Tour, a successful run across the western United States that brought its original music to audiences in multiple states.
