THE MEANIES With New Dates

As Covid lockdowns continue to wreak more havoc than Wally Meanie at a wine tasting, The Meanies have to rejig a whole bunch more dates of their Better Late Than Never Desperate Measures Tour which was meant to start last month.

As per the last announcement, the tour now kicks off in regional Victoria in a couple of weeks and then breaks until October, when it picks up in Adelaide and continues through November. What hasn’t changed is that DickLord are the main support on all shows bar one. DickLord, who will be going out on the back of their now-new single PMA and recent album It’s Soooo Boring (both out now on Consume/Valve) have been spoken of by Monster Children thusly: “With songs about periods, shitty landlords and being fingered weird, there’s something in DickLord’s lyrics we can all relate to. Mix that in with splashes of Bad Brains and Black Flag references and you’ve got yourself a seriously good band.”

Tickets for rescheduled shows will remain valid, while refunds can be arranged at the point of purchase for those who are now unable to attend.
