The Chronicles of Manimal and Samara (TCOMAS)’s new album Origins is here. The album launched with the official music video for the focus track Per Astra, a song about yearning to be reunified with someone who is no longer around. “I lost someone very dear to me recently,” Daphne Ang explains. “I sought solace in my piano and wrote “Per Astra” in my darkest moments of grief.”
Speaking about the new album, Daphne Ang and Andrea Papi shared, “This album is deeply personal. It is written from the heart, and with emotion and feeling. It is for the people who are still here, and for those who are now gone.”
