Following their SOLD OUT 25-year anniversary show in early 2023, acid jazz/funk/jam-band The Box will ride again with a debut show at Mo’s Desert Clubhouse on the Gold Coast on Thurs Feb 22, supported by the lovely and talented singer-songwriter Jade Stoddart.
The Box, formed on the Northern Beaches in Sydney way back in ‘96, will perform 100% as their original lineup: featuring charismatic frontman and urban poet Richie Williams on vocals + acoustic guitar, Rai Thistlethwayte (Thirsty Merc/Joe Satriani/Sammy Hagar band) on keys, BVs + synth bass, Eddie Goyer (Coda/Synergy) on drums and Kent Thompson on electric guitar.
