TAILOR MADE REJECTS Talk About Latest Single

Brisbane alternative rock outfit Tailor Made Rejects are proud to present their second single, Ghosts Of Paradise.

The song follows the same message as was originally intended for the name of the band – a Ghost Of Paradise is someone who failed by all means on the way to their success, and this can be seen from multiple perspectives, many give up and become ghosts of the dreams they once had, some actually die on the rise to fame, regardless, the story always ends the same for those that never “made it”.

Guitarist/vocalist Ryan Valley explains.

“The video is for us… the story is as confusing to explain as it is to watch,” he began. “The idea of a Ghost Of Paradise is somebody who is on the way to succeed, and they fail. Somebody who is on the way to their dream, their type of paradise, and they fail or give up, and they become a ghost of that life that they were fighting so hard for. We wanted to take that concept and escalate it as far as we can. We tried to push that idea as far as we could, so the idea of the music video was the four of us fighting each other for paradise and ultimately realising that paradise is, as it concludes, when we all come together and the journey starts again. The idea of the music video was you could start it from the end, and it would play over and over again.”

Ghosts Of Paradise will premiere via HEAVY at 5.30 pm on Friday, March 4.
