SKUNKBONE To Launch Album At King Lears Throne

Share This:

This Sunday, November 14, sees King Lears Throne in Brisbane’s Fortitude come alive to the sound of music as rock outfit Skunkbone launch their latest album Infirmity with the help of some talented friends.

Skunkbone used their time in lockdown wisely and went about making music that resonated with why they wanted to play and perform in the first place. Taking influences from Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Seether, Stone Temple Pilots and Smashing Pumpkins they brought things back to the core with an addictive mixture of honest lyrics, earworm melodies, driving guitar, thick and juicy bass tones with a high energy that will leave you wanting for more.

They will be joined by Ipswich punk/metal hybrid Kill Pill, Gold Coast rock duo Atticus, Brisbane alternative rockers Tailor Made Rejects plus Ravindra, a grunge based band that utilises the beauty of sax, flute and piano to create a unique sound that has to be heard to be fully appreciated.

Things kick off at 5 pm, with tickets available from moshtix.com.au/v2/event/skunkbone-album-launch/131204
