Premiere: THE QUARTERS “Chaos” Song and Video

Share This:

Rock ‘N roll trio, The Quarters, will embark on a national tour to support their upcoming EP titled Chaos in January 2020.

Today HEAVY is premiering their debut song also titled “Chaos”.

The song itself is riff-heavy-blaster in the opening seconds like a solid smack to the proverbial face. The verses reel you in with almost groovy/blusey/hip-shaking guitars while the drums stay steady as the backbone; relentless from start to finish.

Lyrically, the song was inspired by lust which becomes an addiction and navigating the fine line between pleasure and consequence: “Got a little needle on it/for a taste that will taste so good/for a taste that will taste so ill!”

Christopher Olivo (guitar, vocals), Stephanie Suriano (bass, vocals) and Braiden Mann (drums) have been praised for their live show with undeniable on-stage chemistry which makes their live performances extremely engaging by whipping around the stage in the same manic way they command their instruments without a note being out of place.

Recorded at Melbourne’s Hot House Studio with Jez Giddings (Clowns, The Living End, Kingswood), Chaos is the trios most uncompromising release to date. The 6 tracks were all recorded live to ensure that the raw energy and honesty of The Quarters was not lost in production.

The “Chaos” video was directed by Melbourne based duo, Sean McDonald and Kathryn Vinella.
