Dead Favours are a rock band from Auckland, New Zealand currently celebrating the release of their first single ‘Dig’ (produced by Tom Larkin of Shihad) along with their NZ On Air funded music video. Dig is available online for purchase
or streaming today, and currently airing on Rock FM.
The Dig music video is directed by Adam Jones, known for his work with New Zealand artists such as Blindspott, Steriogram, Elemeno P, Katchafire, I Am Giant, Pluto, Opshop and more.
Dead Favours come from a rich history of NZ music with members originating from bands including Steriogram, Fire at Will and The Wreckage. Since forming in 2016, the band have played a number of notable shows including supporting The Jordan Luck Band and featuring at the New Zealand Tattoo and Arts Festival in New Plymouth.
Dead Favours have recently returned from Melbourne where they have recorded their EP at Tom Larkin’s Studios in the City, releasing this year.
