Pearl Jam To Hit Village Cinemas

In an exciting exclusive opportunity, Village Cinemas is bringing the ultimate rock band, Pearl Jam, to the big screen with new documentary Pearl Jam: Let’s Play Two on Wednesday 4th October. Screening for one night only, Australian rock fans will be some of the first in the world to see the eagerly anticipated production.

Sally Mason, Alternate Content Manager at Village Cinemas is looking forward to bringing the production to passionate Australian fans.

“Pearl Jam’s concerts are nothing short of outstanding and vibrant. We’re pleased to showcase the documentary exclusively and provide our customers with the rare opportunity to see it on the big screen, alongside like-minded fans.”

“And if you weren’t at Wrigley Field, this is the next best thing,” Mason says.

The documentary follows the band and their fans in the lead-up to their 2016 Wrigley Field shows in Chicago, as well as focusing on the Chicago Cubs during their World Series championship season.

The cinema version features exclusive vision captured by renowned music director/photographer Danny Clinch.

Village Cinemas encourages fans to sit back, relax and enjoy the music that Pearl Jam spent over 25 years creating, ranging from a wide catalog of originals and mastering some of their favourite covers.
