An Israeli powerhouse rock act, Off Grid is the musical culmination of the most influential genres of the past four decades in rock music.
From the heavy blues of Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple, through the progressive sophistication of Rush and Dream Theater, to the pure energy of Seattle grunge (Soundgarden and Pearl Jam) and melodic punk (Nirvana and Blink 182), Off Grid managed to concoct a well-balanced brew that blends together their extremely wide range of stylistic influences in a precise manner while maintaining their musical integrity as is evident through their musical mastery each on his own instrument.
One of the tracks of their recently released debut album is an instrumental called Blood on the Nile, a combination of melodic metal and progressive rock that will take you on a 5-minute journey from a slow ambience to a middle eastern mystic energy of wide open deserts that forces you to rave.
