My Band Years Episode Two: The CEREMONY Chapter

Share This:

Redcliffe bass player Ian “Squirty” Graham last week launched the first video of a four-part series detailing his musical journey and focussing on four bands that have defined his life and career to date.

After reliving his time with Mr Steenki in Episode One, Squirty this week recounts his time with local hard rock outfit Ceremony that saw the band support Australian heavyweights such as The Screaming Jets and Killing Heidi and also appear on Channel 9’s Footy Show. Ceremony also became one of the only bands to film a video inside Brisbane’s notorious Bogo Road prison and had numerous national and international tours in their time together.

Each episode reveals more about Graham’s good times and bad and is compelling viewing to musicians and fans alike.

Throughout Squirty is open and honest and pulls no punches about his time and lessons with each band, painting an entertaining image of one man’s past, future, and the journey that has seen music take him around the world.
