With live music starting to rear its not so ugly head once more it is refreshing to see new promotions companies willing to enter the fray and help pull the live music scene out of the forced hibernation it has been forced to endure.
One such company is Valkyrie Unchained who will be launching their foray into events with Medusa Rising at the Mansfield Tavern on March 27.
In an attempt to highlight and promote the wealth of female vocalists and musicians this country has to offer, organiser Chelsea Watson-Aldridge has assembled a formidable line-up, with 25% of ticket proceeds to go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
Sunset Junkies, Torizon, In Eyes, BLED OUT and Terror Parade will be performing at what is envisaged to turn into a monthly event.
