Throughout the decades, thousands of songs and records have been written about Melbourne’s inner suburbs. The streets of Fitzroy, Brunswick, Collingwood and Richmond are familiar images to listeners who have never visited the city. On his second full-length LP, Luke Seymoup is changing this. Tales of Suburban Angst sees the return of the full Luke Seymoup Band on record for the first time since 2017’s debut LP, The Professional. This record shows a band in its prime, combining the skills and idiosyncrasies of each member to create a sound that is totally unique. Elements of Punk Rock, Powerpop
