On Saturday, July 29, three of South East Queensland’s favourites are coming together to launch new music at a special triple launch event at Burleigh Bazaar.
Honeygum, Vultura and Stjep are each hitting the stage to celebrate the release of their latest singles.
Honeygum (Touch & Go, Friends), a regular occurrence on the Burleigh Bazaar lineup, will bring more garage-indie-rock nostalgia with their third single release, Stranger Danger. Vultura (Your Only Friends Are Vultures, Got a Heart), regulars at Vinnies and Mo’s Desert Club House will bring their desert rock sound to the single release with third release, She Says.
Fresh ensemble, Stjep (Florida Man, Organic, Get Ready to Move) is new to the Gold Coast scene as a group, but members are veterans, having played across the coast and Brisbane. Even though this is Stjep’s first show, they will also be releasing fourth single, Ulcer. To celebrate the triple single launch, Honeygum, Vultura and Stjep will run a merch raffle on the night. Each ticket will receive one entry into the raffle with the option to purchase extra tickets.
Local Gold Coast group, The Basils, will kick off the night at 6:30pm. Tickets can be purchased via Oztix or $10 on entry. 18+
