Time flies so quickly when you’re having fun!
This is now the third week of the Australian Bands HEAVY Digi-mag and we are proud to present Melbourne’s Coffin Wolf on the cover as well as premiering their single and accompanying video for “Blackout”. I am still having trouble sleeping after an advance viewing earlier in the week so thanks guys!
We also speak with High As Hell about their debut album Razorblade Dream and we catch up with New Zealanders Stalker about their new effort Black Majik Terror.
One of the main aims with a homegrown only publication was to give greater exposure to some of this countries up and coming acts and this week we bring you news and music from The Kids, Radio Rejects, Cicadastone, Sordid Ordeal, Avalanche and Grave Street, plus we review Dreamkillers latest – and possibly final – EP The Vile Pantomine.
Live shows seem to be on the upswing in most places too, but spare a thought and raise a glass to our brothers and sisters across the country who are still doing it tough.
It’s times like these that the metal community really rallies around each other, as evidenced by the new single featured this week from Ezekiel Ox called “Thriving” with benefits going to Lifeline.
