The biggest and best story to come out of this last week in Australian music is the number of tours that have been announced all across the country.
Leading the way is The Screaming Jets who have revealed a run of shows, plus Frankenbok, Diskust, Frenzal Rhomb and PistonFist have also decided to rekindle their love affair with the road by putting together tours of various degrees.
We feature RedHook on the cover with the release of their debut EP Bad Decision, with vocalist Emmy Mack joining us for a fun chat about the EP and more. Revoid poke their heads in for a look and Kobrakai round out the features, talking about their latest single “Vessels” which is also one of our premiere singles. Warrior Within have also highlighted their new single “Pagan Spirit” with an interview to follow next week.
There’s a swag of new tunes, with The Last Martyr, Harbor The Code, Raising Ravens, Hey Baby!, Nosedive, Bad Juju, Scrutiny, The Silent Deeds and Orbyssmal all pumping out fresh offerings and finally, we review the awesome new concert DVD, Lagerstein: Live In Brisbane.
