After 12 years together, Sinners Corner have finally hit the studio to record some music for the public to digest, and thought that much of the first single they decided to call it after the band.
Starting with a tasty as fuck guitar riff, these guys have won me over straight up. It’s fat and chunky and drenched in rock – what’s not to love?
Then the vocals kick in, and the fun continues, with a slightly gravel-stained vocal delivery adding starch to the track.
It’s catchy and infectious, with gang vocals sporadically adding effect.
A softer change at around the 1.30 mark doesn’t quite hit the mark, derailing the track momentarily, before a wicked guitar solo comes to the rescue and roars with enough gusto to almost hide the slight blemish.
Overall, a good, fun slab of rock goodness that shows Sinners Corner have been spending their time together well.
