German metal outfit Electric Callboy caught Australia by storm with their last Australian tour as part of Good Things 2022.
Their high-energy music, coupled with an infectious and engaging attitude saw Aussies fall in love with the band, so much so that a return visit was always on the cards.
The band stayed true to their word recently, completing their first headlining tour of this country and winning over a whole new legion of fans in the process.

HEAVY man on the spot Coco Le Sex Bomb tracked down Electric Callboy vocalist Nico and drummer David for a face-to-face interview before their final show in Brisbane last Friday.
He started by asking how the band have enjoyed their time Down Under.
“I was expecting a second Summer,” Nico laughed, “and then we arrived, and it was warm and sunny, but that was the only day we saw the sun! Summer is more like a warmer version of Germany right now. It’s raining all the time (laughs), but, except the weather the people have been nice, and we love to be here and we can’t wait to be back.”
Coco points out the fact that Electric Callboy have sold out most of the tour, asking the boys how that feels.
“You don’t get it,” David smiled. “When you are back home, and you reflect on what’s happening, then you feel the emotion. Now it’s more like we enjoyed coming here, we loved to be here, we loved to meet people, and we hope we can come back soon.”
“It was actually something we never expected,” added Nico. “To be able to play a tour like this, a sold-out tour like this is one of the most rewarding feelings I have had in my life. If somebody would have told me years ago that we would travel to Australia… it’s unbelievable.”
