Birth of the Dragon is the Bruce Lee biopic we’ve all been waiting for – at least, that’s what the trailer promises. A stylised, action-packed version of the martial arts master/world-renowned actor’s career, distributed by WWE studios and directed by George Nolfi (The Adjustment Bureau, The Bourne Ultimatum), Birth of the Dragon was first shown at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival. It stars Philip Ng as Bruce Lee and Xia Yu as Wong Jack Man, with whom Lee had a historic confrontation.
