Formed in 2025, London’s Diagnostics have been busy locked away in various london practice studios working on their signature sound – combining their love of the catchy and energetic 1990’s Californian punk rock scene (see Fat Wreck Chords & Epitaph Records) and early 2000’s melodic hardcore, resulting in a debut EP both familiar to punk rock fans but fresh enough to reach the newer generation. With A sound accessible to both newer pop punk crowds, and heavy and fast enough to keep the hardcore kids interested, Diagnostics are equally at home on a larger international billing or at a dIY basement show.
In their first 6 months of existence, the band has already shared the stage with a number of international acts, such as All Hope Remains (Australia), On The Cinder (USA) & Drunktank (Netherlands), and recorded their debut EP.
The result is 6 songs of energetic punk rock tunes from punk rock lifers, made to be played loud. Thoughts To Forget was recorded with Steffan Duarte (Fatboo Studios). Check out the track Thoughts below.
