Some bands write songs. Deflecting Ghosts writes survival stories. Hailing from Hutchinson, Kansas, the three-piece alternative metal band has built its identity around brutally honest songwriting, massive guitar-driven soundscapes, and performances that transform personal tragedy into something unifying.
Blending the heaviness of modern hard rock with melodic hooks and emotionally charged lyrics, Deflecting Ghosts delivers music that is as cathartic as it is powerful. Drawing influence from bands like Breaking Benjamin, Chevelle, Cold, and the modern intensity of Bad Omens and Bring Me The Horizon, the band has developed a sound that balances crushing riffs, atmospheric textures, unforgettable choruses, and raw emotion.
