DEDPAN first got together in 2024 to battle apathetic, “deadpan” culture with with high energy punk music. Soon after, they released their debut album, DEDPAN and began playing around their home town of Sydney with bands such as FANGZ (Sydney), Haters (Brisbane), and Scud (Melbourne).
After spending some time in the studio, DEDPAN have returned in 2026 with a huge new sound. After releasing their Valentine’s Day anthem K-I-S-S-I-N-G, DEDPAN are back with another track, I (DON’T) WANNA GO OUT.
I (DON’T) WANNA GO OUT is a super fun punk song about that internal battle between staying in and going out – wanting connection and avoiding it at the same time. With deranged vocals and a killer guitar melody, this track will make you really wanna go out (maybe?).
