No matter what time of year it is, one thing you can always count on is that Australian bands will still be releasing material. Every day is a holiday in Australia so why let a little thing like Christmas slow things down?

This week we speak with Growth about their killer new album, Nicolas Cage Fighter drop in for a chat and Fierce Deity relay the tales of their epic new single.

We have new music from Walken, Mass Sky Raid, Hollow Front, Laced in Lust, Voyager and Down For Tomorrow plus Aetherial have released another cracker from their album Nameless Horrors with “The Grave Empties Itself”.

Steve Hughes has released a video outlining his new album plus the history of the great man, while Thy Art Is Murder announce their rescheduled tour dates for next year.

Good Things Festival will be back next year so we have all of the details on that, plus The Gloom In The Corner drop in with a list of their Top 5 Choruses.

Johnny Boxer – or Bobo to most of you – stops in for this weeks edition of 12 Rounds With Johnny Boxer, and make sure you read the attached story by Louise Crothers with the segment. It is a touch shocking and confronting and also very brave of Johnny to reveal and over the coming weeks, we will reveal more of this story plus have an exclusive first interview with the man himself about all of the topics raised. That will be compulsive listening/reading!

In the meantime, stay HEAVY
