The nominations for this year’s ARIA Awards are in!
With just seven weeks to go, the nominees were announced via YouTube Premiere today, with the bands up for the prize in the Best Hard Rock/Heavy Metal Album category being:
King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard – Chunky Shrapnel (Flightless Records)

The Chats – High Risk Behaviour (Bargain Bin / Cooking Vinyl Australia)
This is the first time in ARIA Awards history that the Season Launch has gone online and can be viewed here: youtube.com.au/aria. The winners will be announced on Wednesday, 25th November 2020, to be broadcast around Australia on the Nine Network, and around the world on YouTube.
