New Jack Rubys have unleashed their second album, Clams!, with a vengeance.
Clams! is a powerhouse of 80’s and 90’s infused garage, fuzz and explosive indie pub rock guitars. It features the previously released single Cardini which instantly gets under your skin. You need to play it over and over. It’s a gutter driven addiction; dirty, messy and fuckin awesome when it hits!
Another stand out is Rubber Wing Thing and it’s what a song should be; great intro, cruising verse that builds perfectly into the catchy chorus, killer sound with the perfect vibe and that wah’ed up fuzz leading into the first solo (yes it has two!) is just pure sex. Get on it!
