Norweigian outfit DirtPhunks new release is a DirtPhunked version of an old Norwegian folk song called Håvard Hedde (A norwegian tale of love) with additional help from the composer Edvard Grieg. The result is a mighty rocker and a showstopper.
The song is also a medley of Norwegian classical music by Edward Grieg and other folk songs. “In the Hall of the mountain king” calls for the trolls, a magic being in Norwegian Folklore. All the songs are typical classic Norwegian songs, but never played in a metal, rock sort of way.
