Moana, a project of artist Moana Mayatrix, was described by Triple J’s Gemma Pike as. “one of Australia’s fiercest front women” will release their debut album In The Allure this Friday, November 8 via Mysteria Maxima Music.
Moana are an avant-garde art-rock group… words struggle to fit a description. Combining stream-of-consciousness poetry of peak-era Patti Smith with psychedelic melodies, heavy guitar licks, and propulsive rhythms.
In The Allure is available for pre-order now and will be released on Friday.
