Melbourne’s melodeath quintet, Eye of the Enemy, have announced that they’re off to Asia for The Vengeance Paradox Asian Tour 2015 in support of their sophomore album, 2014’s The Vengeance Paradox.
The tour will see the band hit eight cities in five different countries, supporting Flesghgod Apocalypse in Hong Kong, Taipei, Osaka and Tokyo and then travelling to Busan, Seoul, Guangzhou and Wuhan for their own headline shows.
Eye of the Enemy will also be sharing the stage with fellow Aussies Psycroptic in Osaka and Tokyo and Ne Obliviscaris in Hong Kong, Osaka and Tokyo.
The Vengeance Paradox received critical acclaim and was included in 2014 album of the year lists by a number of media outlets including Triple M’s Distortion, HEAVY Music Magazine, Metal Obsession and Trendkill Magazine. In addition to this, on the back of the album’s release the band won Global Metal Apocalypse’s award for Breakthrough Australasian Metal Band of 2014. Continuing on from their achievements last year, 2015 is set to be a huge year for Eye of the Enemy.
