WITCHGRINDER Announced As National Support For STATIC X Tour

Melbourne’s Witchgrinder have been confirmed to open all shows on the Static X and SOiL tour this May.

Influenced by the early industrial scenes with lyrics inspired by classic horror and sci-fi flicks of the same era, Witchgrinder’s darkness is absolute, and their stage presence commands attention.

The much respected band released their debut album in 2013 and in the ensuing decade have proved themselves again and again on multiple headline tours across the country and having played with and impressed the likes of Ministry, Rob Zombie, Ghost, Wednesday 13, Powerman 5000, Sevendust, Drowning Pool and they joined Entombed A.D on a tour of Japan.

Vocalist Travis Everett comments on the upcoming tour, “With Witchgrinder fresh out of the studio we are excited to showcase some of our new material and play our favourites. We are pumped that we get to be doing that with Static-X and Soil. This is going to be massive

Industrial metal/nu metal titans Static-X bring their sold out U.S Rise Of The Machine tour Australia next month a massive 19-song set list that celebrates the 20th anniversary of the album Machine and spans their incredible career from their iconic debut, Wisconsin Death Trip, through to their latest and aptly titled  Project:Regeneration Vol 1.

Joining Static-X for the tour are SOiL; pioneers of a sound that gave the world bands such as Godsmack, Spineshank and Mudvayne, SOiL’s influence goes deep.  The band will be performing their ground breaking album. Scars, in full as well as other favourites.
