Winds of Winter are approaching the release of their debut full length album, A Choir for the End, on September 11, 2026.
A Choir for the End marks a new stage in the band’s development. The album is rawer and more direct than the band’s previous releases, combining elements of Blackened Death Metal, Black Metal and Death Metal with melodic passages, aggressive riffs and blastbeats. The lyrics explore True Crime, mythology, history, occultism and the darker sides of human nature, with several songs drawing on real events and historical backgrounds.
