Brisbane/Meanjin heavy act Wildheart have gone from strength to strength, building on the success of their debut album Global Crisis with their new record Solid Rock//Sacred Ground released through Bad Apples Music earlier this year. Now the band have announced their first hometown headline show since the release of this new record, which is taking place on Friday, October 27 at Stranded Bar Brisbane, supported by Citadel and Blossom.
Vocalist and Proud Yugambeh man Axel Best strikes home the band’s message with authority and savage lyrical delivery on the lead single from this new release Sacred Ground, accompanied by a cover of Solid Rock originally performed by Goanna. Through ferocious live performances and an extensive list of achievements, Wildheart have earned their place on the Australian music festival stage, performing at UNIFY Gathering, Bigsound, Halloween Hysteria, Thrashville, Bleach, and Fireball Festival, and are set to dominate at this hometown headline show.
