Sydney alternative rock outfit We Are Not Robots return this Friday with their haunting new single “Just Lie Again”.
“Just Lie Again” is an emotive anthem directed at those who have found themselves gasping for air under the crippling weight of self-doubt. It’s about lying to yourself that you’re better than you are and being aware of that misconception along the way. Musically it’s a shift toward harmonising the voices in your head, singing along to your own demise. It’s dark but uplifting all the same.
To celebrate the occasion, the band are hosting a free launch party for the single at Frankie’s Pizza on March 11 with support from Dead City Dinosaurs from 7 pm.
