independent festivals, the indomitable Wallapalooza returns November 20 with an eye-watering line-up for the ages!
Headlined by heavyweight rockers Grinspoon, Wallapalooza is back and bigger than ever!
Wallapalooza features a stacked line up and epic sets from alt-metal outfit The Butterfly Effect and alt-rockers Dead
Letter Circus, with both acts not having played a show for over two years. 28 Days will ‘rip it up’ with their mates,
punk-rockers Bodyjar. Def FX make a long overdue return to one of their favourite stomping grounds (The GC) and
will be joined by so many more heavy local legends including Smoking Martha, These Four Walls, Rhino and tons
more setting the scene for an unmissable event and one the Gold Coast can truly call their own.
With some pretty epic names on the line-up, Wallapalooza is stoked to be moving to a new home.Previously held at the oldest hotel on the Gold Coast, The Wallaby Hotel, this will be the first year that the festival moves from its roots at the hotel, to the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds. More space means they’re able to give more punters an opportunity to attend and get their fix of live music in a safe environment.
