VISAVIS (aka VV) is a wild mash-up of Punk attitude, Metal intensity, all drenched in that deliciously sludgy, heavy vibe. VV’s riffs are so heavy they could crack the earth’s crust, served hot with guitars dialled up to “Monster of high gain” levels. The melodies, they’re catchy, but brutal. It’s the kind of sound that’ll burrow into your brain, a musical earworm you won’t want to shake off.
Now, this lineup… that’s a story in itself. Picture this: it all came together in 2019 when VISAVIS, a Power Rock band from Tulle (founded in 1984, no less!), collided with the raw energy of CLAMANTIS, a Rock Punk band out of Paris, tearing it up since 1998. It’s like throwing chocolate into peanut butter—who knew these two could blend into something this explosive? The result? A sound so thick and meaty, it’ll hit you right in the chest like a ton of bricks.
