After an absence of seven years, Ugly Kid Joe are back and firing on all cylinders.
The recent announcement of the band’s new album Rad Wings Of Destiny, which is slated for an October 21 release, was met with the release of the first single That Ain’t Livin, a blues soaked rock gem that invokes musical parallels with the mighty AC/DC.
Following that Ugly Kid Joe showcased their softer side on the track Kill The Pain with a third song due for release towards the end of next week.
Rad Wings Of Destiny sees Ugly Kid Joe reunite with producer Mark Dodson, who was behind the desk for the band’s debut album America’s Least Wanted. That album celebrates a milestone of its own this year when it reaches the ripe old age of 30 years.
