Totally Unicorn have built an unassailable reputation for being masters of metalcore, as the go-to party act to book when you want your party to get wild and real weird. Whilst this formula clearly works for them, on their forthcoming LP we’ll get a bit more of light and shade. But by no means will these lads be staying sober and clothed 100% of the time.
With that in mind: do yourself a favour and watch the video for, Customer Service Station. Premiered last night on triple j’s Short Fast Loud, the video is an aeronautical misadventure like absolutely no other, and possibly only just scrapes in as ‘safe for work’ thanks for an artfully placed (and very large) black box.
The band copped attention recently for the cheeky tribute to national treasure Courtney Barnett that graces the cover to their forthcoming Record Store Day 7″ release.
