With Louder Than Life just around the corner this Fall with its very impressive large lineup it’s pretty obvious that there are some killer acts that will be playing the Kentucky festival this September. With 53 bands playing over the course of the three day rock festival its very easy to miss some of the best sets out there. 7 Limp Bizkit
Day Playing: Friday, September 28th
Rap Rock band Limp Bizkit is one of the many artists on this years lineup that makes it feel like a nineties time capsule! With their high energy songs and crossover music they definitely are one of the more unique bands on the lineup for the Friday date of the festival.
6 Asking Alexandria

One of my personal favorites on this years lineup is British rock band Asking Alexandria. With their strong stage presence and diverse fanbase they are one band that both older rock fans and new ones alike can all agree on.
5 The Fever 333
Day Playing: Sunday, September 30th
One of the smaller acts on the lineup comes in at number 5 and it is none other than The Fever 333. Though one of the newer bands on the lineup they have more than proven themselves awesome enough to play a festival with headlining acts like Nine Inch Nails, Deftones, And Ice Cube. With their high intensity sets and strong crowd connection the band has proven they know how to make shows feel very close and chaotic with the crowd. This is truly a set you don’t want to miss this fall.
4 Dance Gavin Dance
Day Playing: Saturday, September 29th
Coming in at number 4 on the list is post hardcore band Dance Gavin Dance. With the unique vocals mixed with powerful scream vocals and an energetic and lively stage presence the band truly knows how to make their sets exciting and lively.
3 Shinedown
Day Playing: Saturday, September 29th
Number 3 on this list is Saturday headliner Shinedown. Out of all the headliners on the LTL Lineup this year Shinedown hands down is by far the most impressive to witness live. With their ability to make a sea of thousands feel like a small venue to their crowd connection that’s stronger than just about any band you’ll see they are without a doubt one band you cannot miss that weekend.
2 Nine Inch Nails

Falling on the number 2 spot on the list is none other than Sunday’s headliner Nine Inch Nails. Not only are they one of the headliners but I would go as far as to say probably the most anticipated band on the festival this year. With Their theatrical light show of a stage set up and dedicated fan base this is just one of those bands rather you like them or not you have to see once in your life.
1 Underoath
Day Playing: Friday, September 28th
And number 1 on this list is one I feel like many wouldn’t have expected. Though they’re not a headliner on the festival they are probably one of the best live bands you can catch out there over the weekend. Underoath has taken the spot as the top band to catch out in Kentucky this fall. This band not only has an awesome stage set up but their emotions on stage alone are so drawing you can’t help but enjoy their set. They’re one of those bands that really knows how to take a show to the next level with their energetic performances they give every single time they grace a stage to their crowd connection that you can feel standing in their sea of fans. One thing is certain when seeing Underoath though is that hands down they will definitely come out as one of the best sets you’ll see all weekend.
