After a tumultuous couple of years of cancellations and determined reschedules, the ‘slightly heavier’ music festival Thrashville, is ready to take a stand, delivering its biggest lineup in its 6-year history, with heavyweight progressive rock three-piece COG headlining the festival in 2023.
Whilst COG will headline the stacked Saturday program, the Friday will be headlined by another familiar heavy rock act, Mammal.
A line-up that bends and weaves its way through a myriad of styles and genres, other notable acts include Melbourne’s proto punk CIVIC, Sydney experimentalists SHADY NASTY, garage rockers CROCODYLUS, femme soul punkers DOWNGIRL and emerging indigenous act from QLD Wildheart.
Held in the lush bushland confines at Dashville in the Hunter Valley, the popular two-night alternative festival will also serve up a fresh plate of awesome emerging and established acts, ready to spark pure delight into anyone with a pension for punk, hard rock, heavy metal and everything in between…as well as other cool stuff like tattooing, live graff and pro-skateboarding displays.
For now, though, it’s all about the music, so please welcome to the Thrashville stage:
