Gold Coast/Brisbane based hard rock outfit THESE FOUR WALLS have today dropped their latest single, entitled Into The Ocean.
THESE FOUR WALLS are known for dealing in powerful riff-heavy tunes with melodic anthemic choruses, and Into The Ocean satisfies on both counts. Lyrically, the song delves into the way that negativity tends to drown out positivity, not just in the media, but in society. Says vocalist Steve Gibb “Doom and gloom have been amplified and things that once had been shocking have become the norm, leaving little room for the voice of reason or an uplifting narrative.”
Produced, engineered and mixed by Luke Palmer (Dead Letter Circus), Into The Ocean is the band’s first release in 2 years. Although they’ve been quieter than usual over the past 18 months, they haven’t been idle, having supported Skillet and Atreyu, and having recorded several new tracks, of which this is the first to be released.
