The world is starting to see what Australia has known for quite some time – The Southern River Band are the real deal.
Hailing from Thornlie in Western Australia (Where? Exactly) SRB has spent years on the road and in the air, taking their full-throttle live show to anywhere with a stage and a bar, leaving thousands of fans grinning ear to ear, night after night.
From sold-out national tours, playing with Aussie legends such as Cold Chisel & Rose Tattoo, through to supporting modern-day rock icons like The Darkness and Eagles Of Death Metal, SRB never fail to raise their own bar.
With the release of their 6-minute epic Stan Qualen in September of last year, the band kicked into a whole other gear, charting in 18 countries worldwide and announced their first-ever International Tour that sees them play 32 shows in Australia, The UK and Europe.
The band – Cal Kramer, Donny Carter, Pat Smith & Tyler ‘The Hawk’ Michie are gearing up for by far their biggest year yet, with the release of their new single Vice City III slated for the end of March with a record to follow later in the year.
