Fresh from their hugely successful national tour, The Screaming Jets are excited to announce their return to Newcastle for a special New Years Eve performance at the Toronto Hotel, presented by Triple M.
Heading back to where it all began and in celebration of the 30th anniversary of their ground-breaking rock album, All For One, the band will perform the record in its entirety from start to finish, including hits Better, Stop The World, C’mon, Needle plus a set featuring the hits from the years that followed their debut album’s release.
The mammoth All For One 30th Anniversary Tour received rave reviews and kicked off in July of this year. The band performed to audiences across the country in capital cities and regional hubs and included 15 sold out shows.
Dave Gleeson shared this story about New Years Eve, 1988, “I remember leaving “Fannys” at 4 in the morning. Couldn’t get a cab and WALKED ALL THE WAY HOME TO CARDIFF!! I won’t be doing that this year – but we’re going to have a bloody good time this NEW YEARS EVE!
We’re stoked to be finishing of the year celebrating the 30th Anniversary (but also 31st!!!) of All For One at the Toronto Hotel. This will be the FINAL show of this Tour, and we’ll be playing all the songs off ALL FOR ONE plus heaps more. Let’s kick off 2023 with a sonic boom!
The Screaming Jets can’t wait to rock out and see in the New Year in our hometown Newie!”
