This year, THE POOR are turning their creative focus toward writing and developing a brand-new album. As part of this process, the group has announced an exciting live event titled Loud and Dangerous. The event will serve as a dynamic testing ground for several new tracks, giving audiences an exclusive first listen to material still in development. Loud and Dangerous reflects the band’s commitment to raw energy, experimentation, and direct fan engagement during the album creation process.
In addition to debuting new music, the band have asked a few friends to list some of their favourite tunes to feature as playlists between the lineup of local bands. Loud and Dangerous promises to be more than just a preview—it’s an immersive experience that captures the spirit of collaboration and the excitement of new beginnings.
The following night, July 18, The Poor hit Newcastle’s Mezz Bar, supported by local outfit Skyes Law.
