The Owen Guns are an old school punk band based on the beautiful South Coast of NSW.
As The Underground Stage put it “The Owen Guns’ manic, boiling set may be designed to offend, but it has
this strange effect of making you like them more and more. Every song is about something they hate with the
power of a bazillion exploding stars – y’know, racists, politicians, rapists, nazis, punker-than-thou hipsters in
Minor Threat shirts, the usual.“
The boys are at it again with their new album Songs About Fucking Idiots being released on Vinyl, CD and all
streaming services (via Outtaspace presents/Booker Bastard records) in late May 2025 .
