Australian deathcore outfit The Nameless are entering a new chapter with the release of their latest single, FEAR, available across all major streaming platforms via Arson Theory.
Built around filthy riffs, crushing grooves and relentless vocals, FEAR sees The Nameless move away from the more symphonic approach of their earlier songwriting in favour of a sound designed with the live stage firmly in mind. Drawing inspiration from the guitar work of Alpha Wolf and the extreme vocals of Lorna Shore, the track pushes the band’s sound into heavier, more modern territory.
FEAR represents a significant shift for the band, both sonically and lyrically. Rather than their usual symphonic-based songwriting, the track embraces a more groove-driven approach, incorporating pitch effects, unconventional guitar noises and riffs designed to hit hard in a live setting.
