The Amity Affliction Unveil New Song, Album & Tour Dates

The Amity Affliction has announced details of their highly anticipated new album, This Could Be Heartbreak, which will be released on 12 August 2016 via Roadrunner Records. The album is available for pre-order now. The new material was detailed in a press conference with the band, hosted by former Triple J host and Frenzal Rhomb guitarist Lindsay McDougall, which can be viewed on the bands Facebook page.

The band has released the first single off the new album, I Bring The Weather With Me, the video can be viewed below.  In great news for their Aussie fans, The Amity Affliction will be doing a quick three date tour in August, just a week after the release of the album. The shows will a lot smaller and intimate than their last run of headline shows in December of last year. This year they will hit the more boutique venues, including The Metro in Sydney, 170 Russell in Melbourne and The Tivoli in Brisbane.

Tickets for the upcoming dates will only be available for purchase with pre-orders of This Could Be Heartbreak at www.24hundred.net from Sunday, May 22nd through to Monday May 23rd at 10am and a limited number of tickets released to the general public the following week.

This summer, The Amity Affliction will head to the UK where they will embark on a series of festival dates and headline shows with highly anticipated sets slated for the United Kingdom’s Slam Dunk Festival and Download Festival.   Following the UK run, The Amity Affliction will touch down in the US for a string of stateside festival dates kicking off September 10th at Denver, Colorado’s High Elevation Festival.
