The Amenta is ugly, dissonant, electronically-lacerated extreme metal. Their fourth album Revelator, released in February of this year, highlights on all layers the pounding energy and fanatic will of the band to develop and to create art which does not accept any borders. After a 7 year hibernation The Amenta are poised to reinstate themselves as Australia’s most intense live ritual performers with a ferocious attack of sensory overload, savage discord and unease.
Earth Rot are a blackened death metal machine, with an old-school undercurrent and a sense of grim relentless groove. It is hateful, harmful, sinister and melancholy noise, shaped by the world around you.
